We understand you may want to change your plans due to unforeseen circumstances. Check the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation. If you have a free cancellation booking, you won't pay a cancellation fee, however, you might incur some cancellation charges if your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable. Any cancellation fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.
Moving your booking to a future date depends on the hotel’s reservation policies. You can either get in touch with our customer support team at +91-124-4998999 or contact the property directly to ask for a date change.
If you change your dates and the property has availability, there may be a price difference that would be borne by the customer, if rates are higher, you'll have to pay the difference between the original price and the one for your new dates.
